    Mental Health Support

    Bright Futures Psychology is currently accepting new referrals for children (age 10+, adolescents, and young adults, via Telehealth, and has immediate availability.

    Things we can help with - anxiety, fear, worries, phobias, low mood, emotion regulation, stress, anger, sleep, parenting, stress, and big life changes.

    Assessment

    We offer a range of assessments, including neurodevelopment disorders (e.g. autism and ADHD). We are highly skilled in providing a safe, neuroaffirming space for clients to explore their neurotype and experienced in identifying the nuances of internalised presentations.

    Parenting Support

    Parenting support sessions, are designed to help parents to understand their childs behaviour, develop co-regulation and emotional support strategies, assist with strategies to support young people at school, and manage meltdowns and big feelings.

    Parenting sessions can be booked as a one-off support session or regular fortnightly sessions to support parents through the challenges they’re experiencing. Funding options may include Medicare rebates via a Mental Health Care Plan or NDIS funding for self- and plan-managed participants. Contact us for more information.
